We will get working on another one and send to the customer as soon as possible. They can try twisting it back to a flatter profile, but I am not sure if that will always work.
In the meantime, can your customer also send us some images of the box if he still has it? That will help us file a claim.
I know the shipping carriers get pretty loaded up with packages this time of year, and they are not always the most careful.
